Terms and Policies

 

Payment and Reservation Policy:

  • A $750/person deposit is required to reserve your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.
  • Space in not guarantee until the deposit is received. We guarantee a trip with as little as 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests.
  • Please make all payments via check or money order made payable to:  Cobbles & Corks Cycling

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once you have reserved a spot, should you need to cancel for any reason whatsoever, we will apply the following cancellation policy:

  • For cancellations prior to 60 days before departure, a $75 per person cancellation fee is retained and the remainder of your deposit is refunded. (This covers non-refundable hotel deposits and a processing fee.)
  • For cancellations 60 to 31 days before departure, 50% of your trip deposits are refunded.
  • For cancellations 30 days or less before departure, no monies are refundable.
  • Cobbles & Corks Cycling strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection.
  • Cobbles & Corks Cycling reserves the right to cancel any trip. Full refunds will be made in these instances. Cobbles & Corks Cycling will not be responsible for non-refundable air fare.
  • Cobbles & Corks Cycling reserves the right to select alternative hotels of the same or higher category.
  • Before traveling on a trip, we strongly recommend you review your personal insurance and health insurance to ensure you have coverage appropriate to meet your needs, and the needs of your family and dependents, in case of any loss of property or illness, injury or death.
